2. Publish Your Landing Page

  1. To make your landing page visible to visitors, toggle the Publish Landing Page switch to the "on" position.

  2. Once published, the live URL for your landing page will be displayed under "Your Landing Page is Live!".

    • Note: If you have a white-labeled main domain, the URL will reflect your custom domain. Otherwise, it will use the default yourbusiness.realviewhub.com format.

  3. You can use the Copy URL button to copy the link or Visit Page to view your live landing page.

3. Choose a Template

  1. Under the "Template" section, click the dropdown menu.

  2. Select a design template that best suits your business's aesthetic. For example, "Minimalist Professional - NEW Elegant & Clean."

4. Upload a Hero Image

  1. In the "Hero Image" section, click Choose Image.

  2. Select an image from your files to serve as the main visual for your landing page.

    • Recommendation: For optimal web display, use an image with dimensions of 1920x1080 pixels.

5. Add a Business Description

  1. In the "Business Description" text area, enter a brief and informative description of your business.

  2. This description is limited to 1000 plain text characters.

6. Manage Social Media Links

  1. Under "Social Media Links to Display," you will see icons for your configured social media platforms.

  2. Click on an icon to toggle it "on" or "off," controlling which social media links appear on your landing page.

7. Configure Services Showcase

This section allows you to display the services you offer.

  1. Choose one of the following options:

    • Show All Services: Select this radio button to automatically display all your active services on the landing page.

    • Select Specific Services: Select this radio button to handpick which services to display.

      • In the "Add Services" list, click the + button next to each service you wish to include.

      • The selected services will appear under "Selected Services."

      • To reorder the selected services, drag and drop them into your desired sequence.

8. Include a Lead Capture Form

  1. To add a lead capture form to your landing page, check the Show Lead Form checkbox.

  2. If you have multiple lead forms, you can select which specific form you want to pop up.

9. Enable Pricing Link

  1. To display a link to your public pricing calculator on the landing page, check the Show Pricing Link checkbox.

  2. A "View Pricing" button will appear in the hero section, and a pricing link will be added to the footer of your landing page.

10. Set Subdomain Default Page

This setting determines what visitors see when they access your subdomain URL.

  1. Choose one of the following options:

    • Landing Page: Displays the landing page you have configured (if enabled).

    • Primary Order Form: Directs visitors directly to your main order form.

      • Note: If you have multiple order forms, the primary one is typically indicated by a star icon. If only one exists, it will be the default.

    • Login Page (Current Default): Shows the existing login page for both customers and your staff.

Tips

  • White-Labeling: If you have white-labeled your main domain, your landing page URL will automatically use your custom domain, enhancing brand consistency.

  • Service Order: Carefully organize your "Selected Services" by dragging and dropping them to highlight your most important offerings first.

  • Primary Order Form: When selecting the "Primary Order Form," look for the form marked with a star if you have multiple options, as this indicates the designated primary form.

Conclusion

By following these steps, you can effectively configure your Realview Hub landing page to serve as a professional and engaging entry point for your business, helping you attract visitors and streamline your service offerings.
