Prerequisites
Access to the Realview Hub web application.
An active Realview Hub account.
Steps
1. Navigate to Settings
From the main application interface, locate and click on the Settings icon or menu option.
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Billing.
2. Manage Your Subscription Plan
In the Subscription & Billing section, you can view your current plan and upgrade if needed.
View Current Plan: Your current subscription status (e.g., "Free Trial") and billing cycle will be displayed.
Upgrade Your Plan:
To change your subscription plan, locate the "Ready to Upgrade?" section.
Click the View Plans button.
You can choose from various plans such as Starter, Growth, Business Plus, or Enterprise, depending on your business needs.
3. Purchase AI Service Tokens
AI Service Tokens are used for advanced features like Virtual Staging and 3D Floor Plans.
Scroll down to the AI Services Tokens section.
Review the token costs for specific services:
Virtual Staging: 3 tokens per photo.
3D Floor Plans: 15 tokens per generation.
Choose an available package:
Click the Buy button next to your desired package to complete the purchase.
4. Purchase Media Activation Tokens (Pay-As-You-Go)
Media Activation Tokens allow you to activate additional media beyond your plan's limits or to use services on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Scroll down to the Media Activation Tokens section.
Review your current token usage, including available, used, and purchased tokens.
Choose an available package:
Click the Buy button to purchase the tokens.
Tips
Token Expiry: Both AI Service Tokens and Media Activation Tokens never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them.
Combining Plans: If you are on a subscription plan and reach your monthly activation limits, you can still purchase and use Pay-As-You-Go Media Activation Tokens without needing to change your entire subscription plan. This allows you to continue activating properties seamlessly.
