This guide outlines the steps to connect your Stripe account to Realview Hub, enabling you to collect payments from your customers directly through the application.
Prerequisites
Access to your Realview Hub account with appropriate administrative permissions.
An existing Stripe account, or the ability to create a new one during the connection process.
Steps
Navigate to Finance Settings:
From the main application interface, go to the Main App Settings.
Select the Finance tab.
Configure Currency and Tax Rate:
In the "Currency" field, ensure your country's currency is selected. For example, USD ($) is shown in the image.
In the "Tax Rate (%)" field, enter the appropriate tax rate for your business. For example, 10 is shown in the image.
Initiate Stripe Connect:
Locate the "Stripe Connect" section.
Click the Manage Stripe Connect button. This action will direct you to a new page for Stripe Connect.
Connect Your Stripe Account:
On the Stripe Connect page, click the Connect Stripe Account button.
If you have an existing Stripe account: Log in with your Stripe credentials. Your Stripe account will then be integrated with your Realview Hub app.
If you do not have an existing Stripe account: Follow the prompts on the Stripe portal to create a new account. Once created, it will be connected to your Realview Hub app.

Multi-Tenant Payment Processing: Realview Hub utilizes multi-tenant payment processing, meaning each tenant connects their own Stripe account to process payments directly to their business.
Invoice Settings: Within the Finance tab, you will also find "Invoice Settings." Note that these settings, including the Invoice Slug and Starting Number, can only be configured once and cannot be changed afterward.
