How to Configure Media Settings in Realview Hub

This guide outlines the process for configuring media download options and default background music for your landing pages within the Realview Hub application. These settings allow you to control how customers can download photos and the audio experience on your property landing pages.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Realview Hub web application.

  • Appropriate user permissions to modify organization settings.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Media Settings

    • From the main menu, click on Settings (represented by a gear icon).

    • In the left-hand sidebar, select Media Settings.

  2. Configure Original Upload Size

    • Locate the Original Upload Size section.

    • Toggle the switch to On if you want to allow customers to download photos at their original uploaded quality, or Off to restrict this option.

  3. Configure MLS Size (Reduced Quality)

    • Find the MLS Size (Reduced Quality) section.

    • Enter the desired Width (px) for MLS photos.

    • Enter the desired Height (px) for MLS photos.

    • Specify the Quality (%) for MLS photos (e.g., 30 for 30% quality).

  4. Configure Custom Size Downloads

    • Locate the Custom Size Downloads section.

    • Toggle the switch to On if you want to allow customers to request custom photo sizes, or Off to disable this feature.

    • If enabled:

      • Enter the Max Width (px) for custom downloads.

      • Enter the Max Height (px) for custom downloads.

      • Check the Maintain ratio box if you want the aspect ratio to be preserved when resizing.

  5. Set Default Background Music

    • Go to the Default Background Music section.

    • Click the dropdown menu to select a default background music track for all your landing pages (e.g., "The Beach - Ambient").

    • You can use the integrated player controls (play, pause, skip) to preview the selected music.

  6. Save Changes

    • After making all desired adjustments, click the Save Changes button located in the top right corner of the page to apply your configurations.

Tips

  • The default background music set in Media Settings can be overridden for individual landing pages or specific orders within the Order Management section.
